In our first session, we will review "house keeping" information and get to know each other better. This is your opportunity to ask questions, tell me what is most important for you to address in treatment and let me know any concerns you may have. At the end of the session, we will design a path forward together.
Having worked with numerous populations over the past 15 years, I have developed a understanding of our commonalities and differences. With that said, you can rest assured that you will not receive a 'one size fits all' approach to your treatment. Rather, it is my responsibility to see you as the unique individual you are and help you live the life that YOU believe is worth living void of as many preventable barriers to your happiness as possible.
NOW accepting new clients! Is it time for a change in your life? Life can get pretty challenging at times. Depression and anxiety can feel unshakable. Purpose can feel unclear. Dr. Jones has been such an invaluable part of our journey as a couple. We started seeing Dr. Jones for an issue that had came up and we got so much more out of our time with her than we could've imagined. I am forever grateful to have found Dr. Jones and that my wife and I were open to getting therapy as a couple. Dr. Jones is a light in this world and I hope to carry the tools she has given me, for the rest of my life.
