As a licensed mental health therapist, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy to support clients throughout the therapeutic process. Together we can work toward helping you discover your voice and experience greater freedom on your journey toward healing, wholeness, and wellness. My goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where you feel free to process emotions, express yourself openly, and show up authentically. Through empowerment, self-awareness, and accountability, I strive to help you let go of relationships, patterns, and thought processes that will not serve the healed and evolved version of yourself.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

A first session is typically casual in nature where information is gathered to build rapport, gauge therapeutic fit, and to identify goals. Clients have the opportunity to ask questions to gauge comfort level, and their willingness to commit to the process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My therapeutic approach emphasizes holding space for clients with empathy and unconditional positive regard while using thoughtful questioning and evidence based interventions to encourage self-reflection, flexibility, and meaningful behavior change. I journey with clients helping them to feel safe, heard and validated while challenging unhelpful patterns, and exploring alternative perspectives that promote insight and personal growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Are current or past stressors leaving you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected in relationships, or unfulfilled? At times, it may feel hard to understand or process what you are experiencing emotionally, leaving you feeling stuck or uncertain about how to move forward. My goal is to help you gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and past experiences while exploring how relationships and life systems have shaped your journey, so you can find healing, clarity, and growth.
