I work with adults who may look like they have it all together on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted on the inside. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or a major life transition. Together, we’ll understand what’s keeping you stuck, build healthier patterns, and develop practical tools to help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your life.
I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy and respect. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal is to make our first session comfortable, supportive, and useful. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, and what you would like to change. I’ll also learn about your strengths, relationships, and experiences so I can better understand you as a whole person. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin creating a practical plan for moving forward. You won’t be expected to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—just come as you are.
My work is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, attachment-based, psychodynamic, and existential approaches. I help clients develop tools for coping and emotional regulation, while also exploring the deeper roots of distress: core beliefs, attachment patterns, early experiences, internal conflicts, and the search for identity, and purpose.
I work with adults of all ages, from young adulthood through later life, who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for positive change. My clients often seek support with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem, stress, grief, or major life transitions. Together, we build on your existing strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward greater confidence, emotional well-being, and a more fulfilling life.

I use CBT to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties and develop more balanced, helpful ways of responding. I also provide practical tools clients can use between sessions to manage distress, communicate more effectively, and create meaningful change.
I use CPT- structured, evidence-based treatment for trauma-related symptoms. My broader clinical experience includes providing trauma-informed care and using CBT-based interventions to help clients identify unhelpful beliefs, challenge cognitive distortions, process shame and self-blame, and develop more balanced perspectives. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and paced according to each client’s readiness and level of emotional stability. I use psychoeducation, structured worksheets, Socratic questioning, and identification of trauma-related “stuck points,” while monitoring safety, dissociation, avoidance, and emotional overwhelm. I aim to help clients process the meaning they have assigned to traumatic experiences without pressuring them to disclose more than is clinically appropriate.
I incorporate existential principles into therapy by helping clients explore meaning, identity, personal responsibility, freedom, relationships, and the realities of uncertainty, loss, and change. I have used this approach with clients experiencing grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and questions about purpose or direction.
I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients increase psychological flexibility and pursue meaningful lives even when difficult thoughts or emotions are present. I use mindfulness, acceptance, cognitive defusion, values clarification, and committed action to reduce avoidance and support behavior change.
I incorporate Compassion-Focused Therapy to help clients reduce shame, self-criticism, and emotional avoidance while developing a more supportive relationship with themselves. I use psychoeducation, mindfulness, compassionate imagery, and self-compassion exercises to strengthen emotional regulation and feelings of safety.
