Hello, I'm Gino Memoli, a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through personalized therapy sessions. I specialize in addressing personality disorders, mood disorders, and trauma using client-centered modality to help clients explore and heal various aspects of themselves. Additionally, I apply the Gottman Method to enhance relationship dynamics for couples and families, focusing on building stronger, more understanding connections. My approach is direct, honest, and compassionate, aimed at fostering deep personal growth and resilience in a supportive environment.
In the first session with me, clients can expect a welcoming and safe environment where we begin by discussing their goals and challenges. I focus on understanding each client’s unique background and needs, establishing trust, and outlining how our sessions will proceed. This initial meeting is crucial for setting the foundation of our therapeutic relationship, where clients can share openly and start their journey toward healing.
My greatest strengths as a provider lie in my direct, honest, and compassionate approach, combined with my expertise in client-centered modality and the Gottman Method. I excel in helping clients explore and integrate various aspects of their personalities and improve their relationship dynamics. My ability to create a supportive and understanding environment allows clients to feel valued and heard, fostering significant personal and relational growth.
I am best positioned to serve clients who are seeking to navigate and heal from complex emotional challenges such as personality disorders, mood disorders, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is particularly suited for individuals who appreciate a direct, honest, and compassionate interaction as they work towards personal growth. I also have a strong focus on couples and families, especially those within the LGBTQIA+ community, using the Gottman Method to enhance their relationship dynamics and foster a deeper understanding and connection among family members. My practice is inclusive and tailored to support those ready to engage deeply with their internal landscapes and interpersonal relationships.

Person-centered (Rogerian)
I use a person-centered approach as the foundation of my work, creating a space where patients feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. My role isn’t to give advice or fix you—it’s to help you understand yourself more fully and support your own ability to grow and heal. I meet each person with empathy, honesty, and respect, allowing the therapeutic relationship itself to be a powerful tool for change.

Gino is incredibly intelligent and listens attentively. He genuinely tries to understand and asks thoughtful, targeted questions. He never makes me feel judged, ashamed, or discouraged about anything I share. If you value genuine, authentic, and direct people, you’ll love your sessions with Gino. I highly recommend him, and I’m excited to continue building my connection with him.

I felt comfortable discussing my issues, and I am confident with this provider that if there's something that I need to hear for self improvement but might not like to hear, I will get this gift from him. I see telling you the truth when you need to hear it but don't want to as a gift that you don't get to enjoy until later. It's all about the bigger picture for me so I'm thankful he shares this ideal with me. I look forward to working on myself with his guidance and support.
