(she/her)
I work with adults who are navigating depression, relationship struggles, substance use and co-occurring disorders, complicated family dynamics, academic or career stress, life transitions, and the impact of trauma. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to meet you where you are and create a space that feels supportive, steady, and real. In our work together, I bring curiosity, reflection, and a bit of humor into the room. I draw from approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, and I tailor our sessions to what feels most helpful for you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we’ll figure out what works best—together. I aim to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, make room for difficult emotions, and practice being a little kinder to yourself along the way. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical—it can be thoughtful, engaging, and even relieving. Clients often describe me as both compassionate and direct. You don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honored to be on your team as we take it one step at a time.
We will complete an intake assessment to identify what challenges you are facing to help us develop a treatment plan together that addresses these challenges.
I have extensive training in the treatment of co-occurring disorders, life transitions and stress management, and trauma processing. My approach is person-centered, with an emphasis on building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, openness, and collaboration. I believe meaningful progress happens when therapy feels like a shared process. Together, we will work toward your goals in a way that feels aligned with your values and needs. I welcome your feedback about our work and remain flexible in adapting interventions or exploring new techniques to best support your growth.
I love working with a diverse group of clients who are facing life challenges and are seeking guidance in how to meet these challenges.
