Hi, I’m Stephanie Doran, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC17781). I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Loyola Marymount University and have been practicing for 6 years. I specialize in helping clients, ages 10 to 65, with issues such as anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and substance abuse. I create customized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Having worked as a therapist for the past 6 years, I’ve developed the skills to help you (a) identify the root causes of your challenges and (b) create a personalized plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with patients of all ages who are eager to increase their awareness of their thoughts in order to change maladaptive behaviors into more positive ones but may not yet have the tools needed to achieve this goal.
In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions. Then, I’ll ask you a series of questions about your current concerns, past experiences, and any goals you have for treatment. This information will help me create a personalized treatment plan to support you in achieving your goals.
I use CBT to help people reframe their thoughts to change their behaviors to improve their moods.
