I have specialized training in resolving trauma, military/veteran issues, anxiety, depression, stress, and strategies for elevating your life experience. First session
During our first visit, we will review your goals, I’ll explain my approach to counseling, and if it’s a good fit, we will create a plan to work together to reach your goals!
Strengths
I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression and life adjustments. I’ve had extensive training and certification in several cutting edge, brain-based approaches that allows healing from past events that does not require you to "re-live” or "re-experiment" difficult moments from the past. I also have extensive experience working with veterans , active duty, and families. My spouse is a retired Marine with 23 years active duty service, so I’m familiar with the joys and challenges of military life.

I use brain based approaches to eliminate distressing automatic thoughts and feelings and empower you to experience life with confidence, and peace. There is NO NEED to relive/re-experience painful events. I will teach you to harness the innate power of the brain to re-wire itself for optimal functioning!
