My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have found that using Cognitive Behavior Therapy has proven effective in my last 10 years of experience. I have assisted dozens of clients identify and recognize thoughts, feelings and behaviors that influence one another. By helping you pin point thinking patterns it then can assist in changing the behavior that comes after.

Strength-Based

I approach my treatment methods through a tailored approach and utilize a strengths-based perspective. A key aim with the approach I have implemented within my session is to gear clients with empowerment and validation.
