Hi there! I’m Stephanie. I work with teens ages 16+ and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, and relationship stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. In my work, I integrate talk therapy, EMDR, ART, parts work, and sometimes even some art therapy to help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. I look forward to working with you.
Your first session is a space to slow down, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and begin building a connection where you feel safe, supported, and understood. We’ll explore your goals, current stressors, and personal history at a pace that feels comfortable for you while discussing what healing and growth may look like together.
I provide a warm, trauma-informed approach that balances emotional support with practical tools for change. I integrate talk therapy with evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), CBT, and parts work/IFS to help clients process trauma, reduce anxiety, improve self-understanding, and build healthier patterns in their daily lives.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, life transitions, or past trauma? It can feel isolating, especially when you’re still trying to show up for work, relationships, and everyday life. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I work with individuals 16+ who appear high-functioning but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or impacted by unprocessed trauma beneath the surface. Together, we create a space that is real, compassionate, and focused on helping you understand yourself, break unhelpful patterns, and move forward with clarity and intention. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy, offering a safe and supportive space to gently process past experiences at your own pace. I use talk therapy, EMDR, ART, and parts work, to help you make sense of your story. In addition to working as a mental health therapist, my background as a Registered Nurse allows me to approach care holistically, recognizing the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health. You’re not just a set of symptoms; you’re a whole person, and your care should reflect that.

Stephanie is absolutely fantastic. She employs more actual therapeutic tools than any other provider I've worked with, and it's very helpful in the aspects of dealing with C-PTSD or anxiety. Her work with me has helped me rewire my brain and change my behaviors more than any other social work I've ever done.
