I am a seasoned therapist with over 20 years of experience in mental health. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and specialize complex family systems. I was born in Chile and immigrated to California over 40 years ago. I value authenticity, resilience and diversity and love working with individuals who want to work on personal growth. In our first session we will talk about brings you to therapy, what your goals and expectations are and how we can make this experience comfortable for you. I will also go over limits of confidentiality, how I manage documentation of your records and discuss structure of therapy.

I am a mindful therapist who has a positive mindset and believe that everyone can change as long as there is a willingness.
