First session
Clients can expect a safe non- judgmental environment where there is a blend of humor and expertise. I have over 20 years of counseling experience that you can expect to be reflected in each session. You will learn new things, have new insights and get great suggestions for powerful reading materials and assignments in between sessions. If you have experienced trauma you will have the opportunity to work with a EMDR trained therapist. If you are a veteran or current enlisted personnel you can rest assured knowing that I have worked on military bases in the U.S and abroad.
