Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I grew up in the Central Valley area of California. I enjoy helping others find their strengths. I found my passion for social work while volunteering at the Poverello House. I enjoyed giving back to my community. I am client centered/client focused. I have a holistic approach to therapy utilizing Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing skills.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We will build rapport and work on forming a professional trusting relationship. In our first session I might ask more questions about your life. Then we can explore what brought you to therapy.
