About me
I am a mother of 2 adult children, and a grandmother. I love spending time with them and my friends. I am a very spiritual person who loves spending time in church and meditating. I am also very open minded and love working with clients from all walks of life, and love learning from them. I have been a therapist for almost 20 years, but I've been a social worker for 30. My hobbies includes tending my gardens, one of which is a pollinator garden, binging tv shows, walking in nature, and doing crafts.

Hello. During our first session it is important for me to get to know why you're needing assistance at this time. We will review your questionnaires, begin your assessment, and come up with a plan to help you get to your best self possible.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength is that building rapport is very important to me. I understand that there has to be a level of trust in order for you to be open with me. So I will do my best to help with this as we build our therapeutic relationship. I also ask that you be open and honest with me so that we can be a team in your treatment.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work well with women or individuals who identify as women. Women have so many issues we are managing and love helping them work through them. I have much experience working with women who have endured post party depression. I also have much experience working with clients in managing grief. I over working with clients and providing psychoeducation about what they are dealing with.
