Hello,,, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing for over 20 years. I currently specialize with client's going through life transitions, phase of life issues, grief, and adjustment. I work with individuals who may be going through different life changes, focusing on creating stability and exploring a person's sense of purpose within different life phases/changes. In our first session we will discuss the challenges that has brought one in to seek therapy. I will provide a brief introduction, focusing on how i work and exploring therapist/client match. We will discuss expectations with regards to services and focus on creating a plan of action.

I am action oriented clinician willing to work on creating a strong therapeutic relationship that will foster communication and a plan of action. I am flexible in the work that i do, moreover am wiling to meet the client where they are at in the process.
