Brittiny Brown
Hello! My name is Brittiny and I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and have been in the mental health field since 2018. I have experience working with various demographics and various mental health conditions. I enjoy helping clients reach their full potential and helping them navigate through life, especially during difficult times.
I believe in achieving high-quality work as a therapist, which means meeting an individual where they are, without judgement and helping them reach their goals.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I like to use CBT, because CBT identifies and challenges unhelpful or distorted thinking patterns. It focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviors to improve mental health and well-being.
