The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I pride myself in meeting clients where they are and their treatment needs. I typically utilize the following treatment modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Person-Centered and others as they fit client's needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I like to think my strengths that I present in session are encouragement, humor and understanding though my experience. I am always open to learning. As the Therapist I learn from you as much as you learn from me.

I primarily work with adults. I am also open to working with elderly, adolescents and young adults.
