If you're a woman dealing with anxiety that won't quiet down, burnout that's become your baseline, or a nagging feeling that you've lost yourself somewhere along the way, I'd love to help. I'm a Licensed Counselor with 7 years of experience, and I specialize in working with adult women through the challenges that don't always get taken seriously: the overwhelm of balancing career and personal life, the self-doubt that shows up no matter how much you accomplish, the depression that hides behind a "high-functioning" exterior, and the stress of navigating major life transitions like new jobs, moves, breakups, or becoming a mother. I provide telehealth therapy in Florida and Tennessee, making it easy to prioritize your mental health without adding another thing to your to-do list. My style is warm, direct, and down to earth. I create a space where you don't have to perform or minimize what you're going through. Together, we'll explore the root of what's been holding you back, build coping strategies that fit your real life, and help you reconnect with the version of yourself that feels like you. Reaching out is the hardest part. If you're here, you're already closer than you think.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The hardest part is booking the appointment. Once you're here, I've got you. Our first session is simple: you tell me what's going on, what's been weighing on you, and what you want to feel different. I'll listen, ask questions, and start connecting the dots. No clipboard. No awkward silences. Just a real conversation between two people. Before we wrap up, we'll build a plan together, not a generic one, but something that actually fits your life and your goals. You'll walk away with clarity on what we're working toward and concrete next steps. You don't have to have it all together to get started. That's literally what I'm here for.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

You know that feeling when you're talking to someone and you can just tell they actually get it? That's what I aim for in every session. My clients consistently tell me they feel safe opening up with me, even about the things they've never told anyone. I think that comes from the fact that I genuinely care about what you're going through and I'm not afraid to be real with you. I won't just nod along and say "how does that make you feel" on repeat. I'll reflect back what I'm hearing, challenge patterns that are keeping you stuck, and help you build practical skills you'll actually use outside our sessions. I'm also patient. Healing isn't linear, and I won't rush you or make you feel like you should be "further along" by now.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in working with women 17 and older who are navigating: • Anxiety that shows up as overthinking, people-pleasing, or the constant need to have everything under control • Burnout from work, school, or caregiving — when you've been running on empty for too long • Depression that might look like sadness, or might look like numbness, withdrawal, or just not feeling like yourself • Life transitions — career changes, moves, relationship shifts, grief, or entering a new chapter and not knowing who you are in it • Low self-esteem and that inner critic who's louder than everyone else You don't need to be in rock-bottom crisis to deserve support. If something feels off, that's reason enough.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, is a way we can work together to understand and improve your thoughts and feelings. In our sessions, we'll identify specific issues and set goals that make sense for you. We'll look at how your thoughts impact your emotions and actions. Together, we'll notice negative thoughts and figure out how to change them into more balanced ones. I'll teach you skills to handle stress and challenges, and you'll get homework to practice these skills. We'll regularly check in and adjust our approach to fit your changing needs, making CBT a helpful and goal-focused way to tackle different mental health concerns.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a method we can use together to explore and strengthen your motivation for positive changes. In our conversations, we'll discuss specific concerns and set achievable goals that matter to you. MI recognizes that change is a process, and we'll work together to understand your thoughts and feelings about it. I'll guide you to express your reasons for change and help you explore any ambivalence you might be feeling. Through our discussions, you'll identify your own motivations, and we'll collaborate on a plan to move toward your goals. As we continue, we'll regularly check in and adjust our strategies to fit your evolving needs, making Motivational Interviewing a supportive and personalized approach to facilitate positive changes in your life.
