About me
I’ve been there. I have been in that moment when things have become so unmanageable, frightening, and painful that I sought help from a complete stranger. Like you, I found the courage to find this page. I have been through my own process of healing and continue to journey towards positive, healthy change. I am a licensed professional trained to guide others through their own unique process of healing. I offer an authentic relationship and provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can be heard, validated, and supported. I offer warmth, insight and skills training that will assist you in meeting your needs and goals for change. As we work together, you can expect to gain new perspective, skills, and greater understanding and insight - all catalysts to the change you're hoping to experience. Change and growth can be difficult, but you can be empowered to move forward, heal, and begin living a life you fully enjoy.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Each first session is different depending on clients history of therapy experience(s), their immediate comfort level, and their desires/needs at the moment of the first session. Essentially, I can be more directive and explain the process and lead if needed, or less directive and allow you as the client to lead and I guide and inquiry as we progress.

I specialize in addictions, including process addictions and eating disorders, LGBTQ+, relationship struggles, mood struggles (e.g., anxiety, depression, bipolar), and ADHD. Please feel free to reach out to me with questions.
