Through empathic listening and open communication, we will work together to identify areas of concern and develop a clear understanding of your challenges. Set realistic and achievable goals that align with your values and desires. Develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and preferences, and regularly assess progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure you're moving closer to your goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Some of my greatest strengths as a licensed clinician is my genuine empathy, compassion and non-judgmental approach in building trust and rapport with clients. This allows my clients to feel understood and supported. My non-judgmental approach fosters a safe space for clients to open up about their thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism. My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
