Looking for a different type of therapy experience? I use a unique session model that blends client strengths with a brief therapy approach to help my clients create change in their lives. Sessions are held online for your convenience, in the comfort of your own home. With many years of experience, I enjoy working with youth, adults, and families. Please let me know how I can serve you!
In the first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your unique strengths and challenges, and how you are doing across multiple areas of your life. We will then develop goals tailored to your needs and outline how we will tackle those issues.
I use a strengths-based approach to help clients create change. I also have a wide range of experience with both children and adults. I also use a therapy method called Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which can get rapid results for clients with a wide range of issues often within a single session.
Clients I serve are often struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, or life changes. Clients do best when they are open to exploring what is impacting them and ready to take steps to change something about what they are dealing with. I have found small changes make larger changes over time. For most people, that means helping them start with those small steps and then building on their success.
