Hi! I'm Ashley. Are you looking to gain some relief in your everyday life and create a more satisfying meaningful life experience? Are you affected by your relationships with family, friends, co-workers or yourself? In life we can hit difficult times and you may be challenged to dig deep and reflect to find the wisdom by the challenges you are facing. Ultimately these challenges can can enrich our lives and relationships if we take the time to incorporate them and understand. You don’t have to process things alone it is an honor to walk along side you and help to "digest" your experience and gain clarity in your situation.
In the initial session I will be asking many questions about you to get to know you and what led up to you reaching out for support. We will discuss what you hope to gain out of therapy and goals for treatment.
I offer warmth, curiosity, non-judgement and empathic support. I genuinely want to get to know you and feel it is a tremendous honor to get to work along side clients to help you arrive at your own answers. We often already hold our own truths however just need the guide and space of a safe nonjudgemental third party to help us in our own process.
Individuals going through life adjustments such as having a baby, moving, changing jobs, recently married or engaged, attending school, death of a loved one. I also love supporting individuals on a spiritual path seeking to gain more faith and/or utilize their faith in their lives. I have training in supporting woman postpartum and adjusting to the new role of mother however am not limited to this population. I am ultimately invested in my clients feeling that the therapeutic relationship is a good fit, giving honest feedback to clients and that they feel seen and heard in the process.

I am very happy and thankful to have meet such a nice person that is willing to listen even if is boring . I like her and want to continue with talking to her. I just had my first therapy session with Ashley, going in I had a bit of nerves and felt like I had so much baggage to unpack. Ashley listened and gave me reflections which I found super helpful. More than anything I appreciated her supportive approach, which made me feel like I’ve got this!
