My goal is to empower you to make positive changes in your life, create sustainable solutions for the challenges that brought you here, and enhance your self-compassion throughout this process.
First session
In out first session together, we'll spend a little bit of time getting more familiar with each other and I'll ask you questions to better understand what your experience has been, so that I can help support you. We'll talk about your goals, treatment planning, and I'll answer any questions you have.
Strengths
My greatest strength is fostering a safe space for you to feel seen and heard without fear of judgement. Therapy can feel intimidating, but with the right support, it can bring a sense of light and peace.

I work with teens and adults struggling with a variety of life's challenges such as difficult transitions, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem issues, caregiver stress, career counseling, family issues, and more that may be impacting your mental health and quality of life. I primarily use CBT and integrate mindfulness-based, person-centered, DBT, psychodynamic, and solution-focused interventions tailored to meet my clients unique needs and preferences.
