Hello, I am Dr. Mario Kirk. Are you struggling with worry, sadness, fatigue, lack of motivation or grief? Are you having relationship/family problems or maybe work difficulties? I have over 20 years of experience in helping individuals to overcome these same problems. I look forward to helping you as well. I provide a judgement free, safe space for you to address whatever issues that you want improve upon. I like incorporating art, music and spirituality into our time. I believe that true recovery is dependent upon healing the mind, body and spirit alike.
During a first session, I will get more information about what brings you to treatment.
As a person of color, I feel that I have a unique perspective into issues such as racial stress, men's issues, racial identity issues, work place discrimination stress, and Covid fatigue.
My ideal client is someone who open to exploring new coping strategies and is willing to put them in practice in their daily lives.
