New to Grow
I truly believe people are capable of incredible growth when they feel seen, supported, and challenged in the right ways. My role isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you better understand yourself, make choices that align with your values, and create a life that feels fulfilling. I love celebrating progress, asking thoughtful questions, and helping clients recognize strengths they often don't see in themselves. At the end of the day, what motivates me most is helping people experience more joy, confidence, and connection in their everyday lives.
Think of our first session as a conversation, not an interrogation. We'll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what's bringing you to therapy, what's been feeling difficult, and what you hope life looks like on the other side of it. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start - that's my job to help with. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, hopeful, and confident that you don't have to navigate this alone.
I'm naturally curious, encouraging, and honest, which means I'll celebrate your wins while also helping you notice the patterns that may be holding you back. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership - you bring your experiences, and I bring the tools, perspective, and support to help you move forward. You can expect compassion without judgment, practical strategies you can actually use, and the occasional gentle challenge when I know you're capable of more than you believe. I want therapy to be a place where you not only heal but also rediscover joy and build a life that feels authentically yours.
My ideal clients are curious about themselves and ready to create meaningful change, even if they're not quite sure where to begin. Many are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. They often have a sense that old patterns are no longer serving them and want to better understand why they think, feel, and respond the way they do. Whether you're neurotypical or neurodivergent, my goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, challenged, and supported as we work together to build a life that feels more intentional, joyful, and authentic.

Our minds tell us stories all day long, but not all of those stories are helpful or true. CBT helps us slow down, notice the patterns shaping your thoughts and reactions, and replace them with perspectives and habits that better support the life you want to build. I love combining insight with practical tools, so you leave each session with something you can actually use in your everyday life.
The way we relate to others often shapes the way we see ourselves. I use Interpersonal Therapy to help you better understand relationship patterns, improve communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more fulfilling connections.
Mindfulness helps us slow down, become more aware of what's happening beneath the surface, and respond with intention instead of reacting out of habit. I'll help you develop simple, practical skills that you can use outside of therapy to feel more present, grounded, and connected to yourself.
I use Motivational Interviewing to help you explore what's getting in the way, reconnect with what's most important to you, and build confidence in your ability to move forward.
