About me
Good day! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy based in South Florida. Much of how we see and engage with the world stems from the experiences we have in our families. These experiences range from rich and rewarding to trying and traumatic. Although I provide general mental health services to all, my areas of specialty are couples and families working to improve their relationships.

Couples Counseling
Relationships are not always easy. Whether you need a tune up or major overhaul, i'm here to support and equip you with the right tools. My work with couples involves strategies and interventions aimed at creating more self awareness and dealing with the challenges together for a healthier and happier relationship.
Family Therapy
You had nothing to do with the family you were born into. However, how you interact within that family is entirely up to. My focus is help you better understand your place/role in your family system.
Group Therapy
Individual and couples work are great. However, sometimes the wisdom of the group is needed.
