Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I'm a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and support. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, and I believe that you are the expert in your own experience, and my role is to help guide and support you in reaching your goals. I bring a holistic lens to therapy, recognizing the connection between mental health, physical health, and environment. I consider the whole person (not just symptoms) when working toward healing.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, always with an emphasis on creating safety, understanding, and lasting change. I am also in the process of becoming trained in EMDR (a newer trauma informed approach) and am excited that I will be able to offer that soon!

I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults and children, people struggling with anxiety, those healing from trauma, and I offer a space that is warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental. Whether you're feeling stuck, burned out, overwhelmed, or just looking for someone to process life with, you're not alone - and you don't have to figure it out all by yourself. I am now also seeing couples in addition to adults and children!
