About me

Hello! I'm Vicky Snyder. I have 13 years of experience working in the mental health field. I am a Master's level Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My passion is faith-based counseling, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addictions, and relationship issues. I work from a non-judgmental approach, and can bring in faith-based components if you express a desire for such. I believe there is hope for living the life you want. You can start your new life now.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with grief and trauma survivors in the past 12 years, I've developed many techniques for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults who are experiencing or have experienced grief, anxiety, trauma, anger issues, or domestic violence. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about moving forward into the life and need some encouragement to move in that direction.

This was my first meeting with Cindy and I am glad I reached out and found her. She listens and and takes the time to understand what I would like to work on in our sessions. I feel comfortable opening up to her and look forward working with her on a regular basis.
