Welcome to Divine Mind Services and Consulting, PLLC- “I’m a therapist specializing in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where we can work together to build healthier relationships, manage emotions, and create meaningful change. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or personal growth, my goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to move forward with confidence.”
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
“In our first session, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can get to know each other and begin understanding your concerns. We’ll start with a conversation about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any past experiences that may shape your current challenges. I’ll ask questions to gather background information while also allowing you to share at your own pace. We’ll discuss how therapy works, what approach might be most helpful for you, and what you can expect moving forward. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer direction for your treatment and the first steps toward meaningful change.”
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
“My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported, along with my use of evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s unique needs. I’m skilled at identifying patterns that may be keeping clients stuck and helping them reframe their experiences in ways that foster growth and resilience. My integrative approach—drawing from CBT, EFT, and SFBT—allows me to adapt therapy to fit each client’s goals, whether they need deep emotional work, practical strategies, or a solution-focused plan. Most importantly, I bring genuine empathy, collaboration, and a belief in each client’s capacity for meaningful change.”

I enjoyed how she covered important topics with me first and made sure I was comfortable. I appreciate her taking the time to get to know me and better understand where I came from. I am looking forward to more sessions with Yanick!

My first session was filled with a LOT of heavy stuff. The look in her eyes, was one of warmth, and that's beautiful.

This is what I have been looking for. Someone who isn't just going to try and diagnosis me with something off the bat, but instead is going to let me try to understand myself and offer suggestions.
