Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California. I received my Masters from the California State University of Los Angeles and have been practicing for 8 years. In our first session, we will begin with brief introductions, then we will begin exploring areas of your life that are most stressful and create a treatment plan to help you effectively address your challenges and achieve your goals.

Together we will build tools and strategies that help re-frame thinking and behaviors. Ultimately these tools assist you in responding differently to your current situation and think in alternative ways. Example: Finding new ways to think about situations, Identifying what's important to you, Practicing social skills and communication, breaking big tasks into smaller, more manageable steps, etc.
