Hello, I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Virginia. I have been in the mental health field since 2021. I enjoy working with individuals ages (10-64 years old) and families. I find myself utilizing skills that can meet the client where they are in their journey. I can assist clients to navigate their goals and help them in the process.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During my first session I will explain my approach to therapy and answer any questions the client may have. I will gather more background information and find out what the client wants to accomplish in therapy.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have been in the mental health field since 2021 and have worked in long-term care, hospice, psychiatric hospital and hospital settings. I have worked with many different issues like anxiety, depression, grief/loss, stressors, communication issues, parenting to name a few. I feel that I am a laidback and flexible clinician with my style.

Ashley is wonderful. I can talk to her about anything and not feel judged. She always has ideas or solutions to help me with various concerns or challenges I may be dealing with. It's so nice to talk to someone who actually listens and cares that you make incremental progress. I'm so glad I found her.
