Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs, and I’ll provide practical tools and strategies to start making progress. You’ll leave the session feeling heard, supported, and clear on next steps.
Strengths
My clients are typically experiencing depression (single-episode, recurrent, or dysthymia), anxiety, adjustment disorders, and concerns in their family planning stages (infertility, death, postpartum depression, etc). My usual clients are usually 18 years old and older. They are of different ethnicities, professions, and personal beliefs.
