Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will be gathering information and assessment to determine how I can support you in your healing journey. I will be learning more about you as a person, and also what mental health needs you are having to determine goals and best suited direction of practice.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am warm, flexible, and creative. I use expressive arts therapy and person-centered modalities to support you in treatment. I try my hardest to meet you where you are as a person and use a strengths based lens to meet you with warmth, positive regard, and support.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am passionate about supporting clients with self-esteem, strengths development, adjustment to life stressors, grief and identity exploration. I am skilled in supporting children, teens, and also am experienced in supporting adults. I also am passionate about helping emerging adults with goal setting and exploring how to get the most out of life and reach their goals as they go through many life transitions. I also have experience supporting clients from various cultural backgrounds, identities, and am trauma informed. If you're struggling with anxiety about the future, feeling unsure about what's next in your life I would love to be able to support you in cultivating a life that feels worth living.
