I am a marriage and family therapist and I help people overcome childhood trauma. I have worked with several clients who have experienced relationship, work related and family issues. My treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Finding the main themes that are anchored in ones beliefs system that fuel all decision making. From there we deconstruct the themes and beliefs to see if they are effective for the current season of client's life. If its not, then we work on the themes and beliefs that will be so that decision making changes to client's liking and expectations.
