To tell you a bit about my background, I am a licensed counselor in FL, MA, OR, and WA with over 10 years of experience working with a variety of populations as I have strived to assist clients on their journey toward hope, growth, and healing. I am also well-versed in providing teletherapy services throughout the FL area.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize
I utilize a combination of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and existential and narrative approaches among others. As an integrated therapist adopting an eclectic approach, I reject a “one size fits all” approach. I draw from various modalities as necessitated by the presenting issue, and believe that techniques should be tailored to individualized needs. I seek to minimize “labeling,” and strive to make a genuine human connection with clients as they share their unique worldviews and experiences.

I would describe my style as laid-back and conversational. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership, in which the therapeutic alliance sets the foundation for successful outcomes. I look forward to working with you and believe that together, we can foster positive change in your life.
