I have worked with DFCS, court cases, and community leaders to promote mental health wellness for over 25 years. I have served in several church settings as an ordained Christian Pastor, providing people with guidance to find their life purpose and mission and to feel more hope and love. I am passionate about serving teens, kids, and adults from age 5 to 70 who like to learn how to better manage emotions such as depression, anxiety, anger, ADHD, bipolar disorder, Trauma, Grief, Loss, and dissociation, as well as improve communication and relationships between family, parents/children, and couples to create an abundant life.
