Hola! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in the state of California. As a BIPOC therapist, I'm here to support you through the unique challenges and stressors that life throws your way. I understand how past relationships, traumas, and anxieties can weigh you down, affecting your work, relationships, and health. Let's work together to navigate these difficulties and find a path to healing and resilience.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My clients can look forward to a collaborative, compassionate, and safe therapeutic process. I offer a non-judgmental and confidential space where they can freely share their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. We will focus on understanding their goals for therapy and discuss their background to tailor their sessions to meet their unique needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have a deep sense of empathy and compassion, which allows me to connect with clients on a meaningful level and create a supportive and understanding environment.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are those who are enthusiastic about engaging in the therapeutic process. They possess a curiosity and openness to self-exploration, aiming to make meaningful changes in their lives. These individuals understand the value of personal growth and are eager to work collaboratively to overcome their unique challenges. They come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing their own set of experiences, which I deeply value and respect. Together, we can foster a safe, supportive environment where they can truly flourish and thrive.

I just finished my first appointment with Virginia, she is so calm and professional and patient. I look forward to our next session and I feel confident that we will make progress in some much needed areas in my life. I was experiencing a lot of rapid thoughts when we talked and she was very good at helping me stay on track. First appointments can be very daunting and she really put me at ease.

I know Virginia from different platform. We work in therapy about 10 months. And I'm so happy to continue working with her here. I have significant changes, less anxiety and depression. My life situation is very difficult: lost my mom, divorce, bunkcrupsy. It's hard to handle it . Virginia is helping me to go through all my emotions ,and gives me very good advices, very gently, with a lot of empathy. And I feel how I change my mindset .
