About me

Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based out of Simsbury, CT with over 15 years experience working in the mental health field. I work with individuals, couples, and families struggling with symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief. I generally use many different therapeutic methods, in order to best suit each client's needs and to achieve our treatment goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is typically very relaxed, where we will get to know one another through a brief conversation, in order to determine how we can best address whatever issue is bringing you to treatment.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am generally very warm and compassionate, and do my best to make every individual who comes through my door feel comfortable and heard. I like to pull from multiple treatment methods, in order to best address each client's individual needs.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adolescents (ages 13+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families who are motivated to better understand themselves, strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in unhelpful patterns, I offer a supportive, collaborative space to develop practical coping skills, foster resilience, restore connection, and create meaningful, lasting change.
