I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been providing psychological services for the past 29 years. I provide a wide array of psychological services including individual, couples, adolescent and family therapy. I also specialize in issues related to cultural differences and other issues of diversity.

On a personal level, I love to write, listen to music, sing, dance and spend time with the people that I love. I not only love what I do professionally, I am very passionate about helping my clients change their lives for the better.
First session
I call our first session our get to know each other session. I use it as an opportunity to get to know you and give you an opportunity to ask me any question that you may have about the therapy process.
Strengths
I graduated with my doctorate from the Illinois school of Professional Psychology at Argosy University school that is fully accredited by the American psychological Association. My work history includes working on an inpatient hospital unit, partial hospitalization program, outpatient programs, and in the Employee Assistance Program and of course in my private practice.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past 28 years. It’s helped many of my clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety and depression. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other
Couples Counseling
I have worked with many couples using various treatment modalities including the Gottman method. Each couple faces different challenges and needs a unique set of interventions. I will work with each couple to help them maintain a healthy relationship.
Integrative
My style is integrative and my belief is that different theoretical orientations play an imperative role in understanding the different issues that we face as human beings. I utilize a variety of modalities to ensure that the services offered are tailored to each individual and their unique needs.
