In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, I will get to know you by learning about you, identifying your strengths, and creating a specific goal for our time so that we can track your progress. What is especially important in this first session, is that I do what I believe is the most important thing a therapist can do: listen. My goal is for you to feel comfortable with me and confident that you will "get what you came for".
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My therapeutic approach is fairly simple, and I describe it this way: I hold up a hand mirror with the mirror facing my client(s), and there is "fog" on the mirror. My job is to help each client get the fog off the mirror so he/she can realize what an amazing individual she/he is.

I am best positioned to serve individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, symptoms of PTSD, and relationship issues. I also am positioned to address young professionals experiencing career transition, parenting issues, and academic issues. I am also best positioned to serve adolescents navigating their developmental stage, as well as individual experiencing life and developmental stage adjustments. I have several years serving couples, with results.
