Our first session is time is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. Together, we’ll explore your background and challenges, and create a personalized treatment plan that reflects your mental health goals. It is also a chance to answer any questions you may have regarding your treatment.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Research shows that the therapeutic alliance is one of the greatest indicators of a client’s success in therapy. I have had the pleasure of helping so many of my clients overcome things they once thought was impossible. So, it is my guarantee to you that I will show up authentically and honestly, and I hope you will do the same! It is my mission to support you while you transform and transmute your pain into healing and live your most authentic life and fulfilling life!

I work best with adults who have been experiencing overwhelm and anxiety, suffering from lasting effects of past traumatic experiences, going through major life changes, or those who are navigating impact of substance use (whether their own or someone close to them). I also support individuals learning to thrive with mood disorders, including bipolar disorder. My experience spans a wide range of cultures, identities, and life circumstances, and I’m committed to creating an affirming space where you feel respected, understood, and supported as your whole self. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Utilizing CBT, I work with clients to identify ineffective thinking and automatic negative thoughts that may be keeping them stuck in patterns that are no longer useful for them.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Utilizing ACT, I help my clients identify their core values to live in alignment with who they would like to become. In addition, I introduce radical acceptance to minimize their suffering and increase their ability to address challenges in their lives.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Utilizing DBT, I introduce distress tolerance skills and mindfulness skill to expand my client's ability to withstand challenges and discomfort. In addition to this, we explore effective communication skills to increase relational satisfaction.
