Hi, I’m Stephanie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) who helps individuals struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, and the constant pressure to please others.

What makes my approach unique is how deeply I understand the pressure to have it all together while silently struggling on the inside.

My work focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s behind the stress, self-doubt, and overwhelm you’re feeling. I’ll help you build healthier boundaries, quiet your inner critic, and start showing up more confidently in your life and relationships. Whether you’re feeling stuck or just ready for a change, I’m here to guide you through it with empathy and evidence-based tools.

First session

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. You’ll have space to share what’s been weighing on you, and I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your experiences, goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy—no pressure, just a calm and supportive conversation.

Strengths

What makes my approach unique is how deeply I understand the pressure to have it all together while silently struggling on the inside. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized training in anxiety treatment, I’ve helped many individuals untangle the roots of their self-doubt, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. I bring not just clinical expertise, but real compassion and curiosity to each session—creating a space where you can be fully yourself without judgment. Together, we’ll work at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you, so you can start feeling more confident, connected, and in control of your life.

Ideal clients

I help individuals who appear confident to others but secretly struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and people-pleasing—ready to stop overthinking, start setting boundaries, and finally feel at peace with who they are.

Treatment methods

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

ERP treatment, or Exposure and Response Prevention therapy, is a specialized form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) primarily used to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), but also used for other anxiety disorders and conditions like phobias and eating disorders. It involves gradually exposing individuals to situations that trigger anxiety and then preventing them from engaging in their typical compulsive or avoidance behaviors.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It is a type of psychotherapy that aims to help individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to mental health problems. CBT focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It teaches individuals how to: Challenge and modify unhelpful thoughts, Develop coping mechanisms for dealing with difficult situations, Change unhealthy behaviors, and Improve overall well-being and mental health. CBT is an evidence-based therapy that has been shown to be effective in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
