My compassionate nature, unique life experiences, and professional training; naturally allows me to provide you with guidance in a welcoming causal safe environment that free you from outside pressure and judgement, allowing you the freedom express your true authentic self, and most importantly, you get to determine the direction of therapy.

I believe that everyone has a right to live their lives to their full potential. Sometimes things, people, or situations get in the way of that and we find ourselves stuck. I use a strengths-based approach when working with individuals, to help them work through current stressors and any unresolved issues that may be hindering them.

I work with people from all walks of life, diverse backgrounds, and unique life experiences. I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and have experience providing therapy to individuals experiencing depression and anxiety. I have an additional focus on Men's Issues related to Infidelity, sexual dysfunction, relationship issues and sex/porn addiction.
