New to Grow
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something in your life isn't working — I'm glad you're here. I'm Tim, an LCSW with over 7 years of experience helping adults and teens navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and substance use. I work exclusively via telehealth, so you can get support from wherever feels most comfortable. Reaching our for help is hard, I'm glad you are taking this first step.
A collaborative, judgment-free space where your goals drive the work. I'll help you identify what you want out of therapy and work alongside you — with curiosity and honesty — to get there.
I take an eclectic approach, blending relational, psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT techniques to meet you where you are. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of real change — so before anything else, I focus on building a genuine, authentic connection with you. That means slowing down, understanding your full story, and making sense of how your past has shaped who you are today.
I enjoy working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma and helping them reduce distress and feel more fulfilled with there lives. I also enjoy working with clients who are motivated to invest in their therapy journey. I believe you get out of therapy what you put into and that while motivation at times can wax and wain those who show up and invest are about to get what they need out of the therapy experience.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is very helpful in learning to manage anxiety and depression. I utilize it to help client's understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings and actions.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT is great in helping to improve distress tolerance. When something feels like "too much" DBT skills can help in moving through big, difficult emotions.
Psychodynamic
I use the therapeutic relationship as a place to explore patterns of thinking, feeling and acting. I also prompt client's to reflect on how past experiences have shaped them in the present.
