Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing in Texas and Idaho. I believe Mental health matters for all ages! I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life, ages 8+ to the sages. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and received my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. I have experience in Health Care and Mental Health services working for non-profit, for-profit, nursing homes, and home health. I have experience from entry-level positions to management experience. I enjoy teaching, working with others, and seeing the difference counseling makes in individuals' lives.

First session

In our first few sessions we will begin by building rapport, going over what to expect out of counseling and what it means, my counseling approaches, what brings you to counseling, and your goals for therapy.

I serve all populations from 12+ to the sages. The populations I serve range from low functioning to high functioning clients. I have experience of working with symtoms such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, grief, and LGBTQI community.

Using CBT approaches by combining CBT tools such as thought filtering while building treatment plan with clients.

Trauma Informed Care

Being client-centered while teaching clients tools related to trauma. Such as how trauma can correlate with depression, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress disorder.
