Hi, I'm Kate! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who graduated from Pace University and has been in the field for 15 years. I help teens, young adults and mothers manage their stress and become the best versions of themselves! I use a person centered approach and feel as though therapy should be tailored to each individual and their needs.

I pride myself on showing up as my authentic self to our therapy sessions. I also think that therapy can be a combination of processing life experiences, while tailoring coping skills to fit your life.

I enjoy working with those going through life transitions and stress and helping them to not feel so alone in the process. I specialize in Anxiety, ADHD, Perinatal Mental Health and Stress Management.
