Providing career aptitude battery's and mediation for college kids and C-level team building, showed me that peak performance training can help anyone at any stage. When motherhood transitioned me from my Private practice I continued bringing families and opposing parties together in their new real estate chapter's. I’ve enjoyed helping others at an even deeper level again through the supportive and encouraging therapeutic relationship.

I use Dialectical Therapy that combines elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness, acceptance and strategies for managing emotional regulation.

I help clients expand upon their personal strengths to help deal with stressors and identify behavioral patterns that may not serve clients, or their partner or family systems anymore. I consider all the physical and enviornmental back drop systems.
Eclectic
I incorporate elements from Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic and Humanistic Therapy's depending on what is most appropriate for the client's specific situation.
