You don’t have to go through life’s difficult moments alone. l’ve been a Licensed Psychotherapist since 1997, promoted through community mental health, to in and outpatient treatment facilities for impaired physicians, before opening my Private practice. Providing career aptitude battery's and mediation for college kids and C-level team building, showed me that peak performance training can help anyone at any stage. When motherhood transitioned me from my Private practice I continued bringing families and opposing parties together in their new real estate chapter's. I’ve enjoyed helping others at an even deeper level again through the supportive and encouraging therapeutic relationship. I'm a holistic provider of teletherapy to Georgia and soon Florida individuals, couples and families. I specialize in young adults navigating life or vocational transitions. empty nesters and people juggling aging parents and their children's needs (sandwich generation) substance recovery, career assessment and peak performance.

Daialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use Dialectical Therapy that combines elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness, acceptance and strategies for managing emotional regulation.
Positive Psychology
I help clients expand upon their personal strengths to help deal with stressors and identify behavioral patterns that may not serve clients, or their partner or family systems anymore. I consider all the physical and enviornmental back drop systems.
Eclectic
I incorporate elements from Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic and Humanistic Therapy's depending on what is most appropriate for the client's specific situation.

Great communication style and very helpful in problem solving with taking small steps to get you through difficult times in your life. I highly recommend her for anyone willing to take the steps to move beyond just venting to getting real world ideas and solutions you can apply to help you understand & adapt to move forward. She is warm and relaxed which helps you open up as well.
