I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California, passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion and self-awareness. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relational issues, and major life transitions, providing a supportive space where they can explore their emotions, patterns, and personal growth. My approach is client-centered, meaning I tailor therapy to your unique needs, while incorporating psychodynamic therapy to help uncover how past experiences shape your present. I also utilize EMDR to support trauma processing and emotional healing. Whether you’re struggling with relationships, identity, or deep-seated emotional wounds, my goal is to help you gain clarity, heal, and move forward with confidence and inner peace.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can begin sharing their story at their own pace. I take time to understand their concerns, background, and what led them to seek therapy. We'll explore potential goals, discuss any past experiences that may be influencing their present, and identify what they hope to gain from our work together. The first session is about building trust and ensuring they feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist come from my ability to deeply listen, provide a sense of safety, and adapt my approach to each client’s unique needs. I create a warm and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions without fear of judgment. I am patient, intuitive, and committed to helping clients heal and move forward with confidence.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve adults navigating life transitions, trauma, and emotional challenges. With a client-centered, psychodynamic, and EMDR approach, I help individuals process past experiences that may be impacting their present, whether it’s childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties. I also support first-generation individuals and immigrants struggling with identity, cultural expectations, and intergenerational conflict. I work with people who are motivated to work on themselves and are ready to engage in meaningful healing. My work is particularly suited for those healing from emotionally complex relationships—whether with parents, partners, or past experiences—who seek deeper self-awareness, resilience, and inner peace.
