Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and have been practicing for 15+ years. I help adults struggling with stress and burnout, anxiety, depression and self esteem issues become the best versions of themselves. I help clients work through trauma related issues in order love a full life with positive projections in their life.

I love working with adults who are in need of support and building coping skills in their life struggles. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their situations.
