In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session together, you can expect for us to start with introductions, examine what lead you to therapy, and conduct an assessment ( symptoms, behaviors, strengths, concerns, past traumas, mental health history and mental status exam. This will allow me to understand more about your needs, current coping skills and any past trauma. Lastly, we will discuss goals.

As a therapist who has worked with several populations. I find my greatest strength is being eclectic. I do not believe that one size fits all. Therefore, I strive towards creating individual environments that each client can thrive and achieve their identified goals.

Also empowering I had a different therapist before her and knew that, that therapist wasn’t going to be the one for me I needed someone that is willingly to listen to me and provide me real feedback on me , my life , my decisions and how to handle the people around me and all while still being able to continue to keep it together and she does that . She is overly supportive, encouraging, kind and caring. And still gives me the TRUTH it’s like she knows what I’m thinking at times.
