New to Grow
As the wife of a physician and someone who has worked closely with RNs, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, I understand firsthand how emotional exhaustion and constant pressure can take a toll. I’m especially passionate about helping healthcare providers heal from compassion fatigue. I am a laid-back therapist, so it’s not unusual for me to wear jeans or sandals at the office. I have lived experience with mental health personally.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, I want to learn more about you and the characters that play a role in your story. This information will be used to collaborate on treatment goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, trauma-informed care, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I also hold a Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) credential.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I’m a licensed therapist and the founder of Happier Chapters Counseling, LLC. I work with adults navigating workplace burnout and chronic stress using a casual, direct, and non-judgmental approach. My work focuses on helping clients understand the root causes of burnout, rebuild motivation, and develop tools to manage stress without compromising performance or well-being. I take great pride and honor in being a part of my client's journey.

The therapeutic approaches I use are tailored to my client's specific needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice as it offers tools and has shown to be effective for folks looking to explore specific coping skills.
